Some items listed are illegal in many states and only for racing vehicles which may never be used on a public highway.

Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Exalt Motorsports reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Exalt Motorsports reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item and adjust your invoice accordingly. Exalt Motorsports may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Once you have placed a online, phone order, or other type of order with Exalt Motorsports, you have entered in a contract to purchase and your credit card will be charged immediately. Orders DO NOT always ship the same day. Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to ship. If you need priority delivery then please contact us by phone for immediate attention.
Ordering Procedure and Delivery Timeframes
Exalt Motorsports stocks many items found in our online store and makes every effort to ship said items same day or next business day if ordered afterhours. However, many of the items we carry are in high demand and therefore will occassionally be out of stock. In the event something is out of stock, every effort will be made to obtain that item in an expeditious manner but normal delivery times could potentially be delayed. Additionally, some items in the Exalt Motorsports store are not inventoried by Exalt Motorsports and will drop-ship directly from their respective manufacturer. For items that will be drop-shipped current availability and delivery times can not be guaranteed by Exalt Motorsports.
If you order a product, your credit card is charged immediately as stated above. We will notify you the status of the order and the product availability. If you choose to cancel the order after the same day we received or not during business hours when the order has been processed, a 7% cancellation fee will be charged and the remaining amount will be credited back to you.
Special Order Items
Some items may be special order specifically for the customers vehicle. These items generally require a deposit or full payment prior to order. Once this deposit amount is notified to the customer and they agree to order the special order item, the deposit becomes non-refundable. These special order items cannot be returned or resold. Cancellations are not allowed on special order parts.
Exalt Motorsports accepts all major credit cards, Paypal payments, Cashier Checks, Money Orders, and Bank Transfers with appropriate billing and shipping addresses to be verified. All orders are to be paid in full at the time of purchase unless we contact you otherwise. Prices and shipping cost is subject to change anytime because of exchange rates, shipping costs, manufacturer price changes, etc.
All products come with the warranty that is applied directly by the manufacturer. Exalt Motorsports does not offer any of their own warranties and are not responsible for product failures or failures due to installation. All products are intended for race use only as suggested by the manufacturer and should be installed and set up by professional service centers ONLY. As stated above we are not responsible for shipping cost other then by our own mistake of incorrect shipping. The warranty should be handled by the customer and the manufacturer directly.
By law, a dealership is not allowed to void a warranty based upon having aftermarket parts installed on a car. When you add an aftermarket part to the car, the aftermarket part will void the warranty of ONLY the stock part it is replacing.
